Wondering if anyone knows of a lightweight (not iMovie) application for os x that can slow down videos? I know that VLC and Quicktime 7 can play videos at different speeds, however I need to save the videos at specific rates.
Unless I've missed something, I've tried handbrake and ffmpeg and they don't have the ability. VLC can export but not at specific speeds (just 'slower').
