Slow Download in Parallels only? Help, Please!!!

I have a new macbook pro. When I am in safari or firefox on the mac side, and runa speed test on dsl reports, I get 3.8mbps, which is the low end of what I am supposed to be getting from AT&T. However, when I run the same test on internet explorer, from XP (run in parallels 3.0) I am geting only 200kbps - so obviously, there is something very wrong! :confused: Anyone have any ideas?
