Slow download speeds for app store on iphone

Is anyone having problems when downloading new app updates? The download speed is really slow on wifi but as soon as I turn on my 3g, everything works as normal. I am on ios 8.4.1, I have a 5s and my wifi speed is 50 mbps.

I had this when restoring my iPhone 6 from my iCloud backup. My iPhone was on 8.4.1. It took forever to download apps, even apps that were only 10-30MB. I tested it by switching off wifi and trying to download one of the apps which downloaded in about 10 seconds (compared to the 20 minutes it had previously taken).

My iphone is freshly restored and I didn't encounter any problems with it so far.

I too, have 8.4.1 and I noticed very slow speed while downloading apps... I wonder if it's a bug of 8.4.1 or a temporary App Store issue in general...
