Slow downloads in Orlando

I am having a problem with slow downloads in the Orlando area. I have done several speed tests and I can not get a good result. Normally I'm at about 1 mbps but now I can't get higher then 500 kbps from http://testmyiphone.com

Is there anyone else who is having this problem. Pages are loading really slow, and sometimes not loading at all. This just started like an hour ago.

I've been seeing something odd in the Tampa area for last couple days. It seems to revert to EDGE in places where it previously had 3G service. I'm wondering if it's reverting to EDGE if there's a lot of people on a tower or if something is happening.
