Slow Finder

Hello all,

I recently installed leopard and some weird things are happening... Deleting/copying & pasting files all takes at least 3 seconds before it does the operation after I give it the command. It also take around 4 seconds for the contents of a folder to appear after I click on it. Is any body else having this trouble? I'm running a year old new blackbook. Thanks!

What sort of install did you do? Have you tried verifying your hard drive from Disk Utility?
