Slow flash performance on Macbook Pro

I have the 2.4 ghz Macbook pro (non-unibody), and suddenly flash games have become extremely slow, I can play Football manager and everything without problems.

I tried to reinstall flash already to the latest version but hasn't helped.

Anyone have any ideas?

are you playing on Mac OS X? if so, is your battery attached?

To troubleshoot your mac, its always good to have a look at console and in your case activity monitor as well, if they dont show anything out of place, i'd try to reinstall flash and probably your flash games as well, unless they're played from your web browser. You might want to test the games on a similarly configured system just for comparison sake.
