Slow gaming...

I recently got my new 2011 basline 15 inch macbook pro. I saw videos of people playing assassin's creed on the same computer and decided to try it out.


Instead of things running smooth the game looked terrible and ran terribly. What might be the problem ?

I didn't buy the macbook for gaming anyway so it doesn't really bother me, but im curious...

You may just have the settings a little too high.
