Slow icon loading in iPhone 3GS 3.1.3

Hi guys, I am new in this forum.

I'm here to seek help with regards to an issue with my iPhone 3GS.

I have just restored my iPhone with iOS 3.1.3, and after that I realized that the icon in my homescreen loads slightly delayed whenever I closes an app.
