Updated my 2016 13' MBP TB to Mojave, and it feels slower than usually. Especially when opening and closing application or making things full screen.
Anyone having the same issue? And do someone know how to fix it? Thanks

I just put Mojave on a cloned external SSD for my 2012 Mini. Now that it's been running for a couple days it feels as fast as Sierra or HS did. The one "slow" thing I notice is that it takes 2-3 minutes to boot, most of that with a blank, black screen. I don't like the increased boot time, but what really bothers me is that there is no progress indicator so I have a hard time knowing whether or not the system is hanging on boot.

I do know that external SSD, which did have HS on it before an upgrade, was converted to APFS. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
