Slow motion video bug or by design..

If I create a slow mo video and share it by iMessage the recipient views it correctly but if I view it in the thread it plays at normal speed throughout.

Is this a bug or by design?

Bug. For some reason slow mo plays correctly in iMessage on all ios devices, except 5s. Lol. Ironic.

Oh yea. Just checked on my iPad and it's fine too!
