Hey, I saw a video of someone shooting in slow motion with the hf100, and im wondering how can i get that effect too without using a program? an option in the camera. thanks!

The best slow motion i've seen was when someone shot some skate boarding using 60i then slowed the video down to 23.97 FPS somehow using compressor. Other than that I think optical flow or pixel motion is really the only way.
