Hello!
About a year and a half ago I upgraded my 2007 iMac to my current one (specs in my signature). Immediately after setting everything up I used Time Machine to get my software etc. back from my previous iMac.
I've just installed Mountain Lion in a Parallels virtual machine and noticed something that perplexed me; right clicking in the Finder in the virtual machine instantly brings up the mouse menu. However, on my actually iMac there has always been a slight delay. I thought this was just something that happened but it seems it's not.
Anyone have any ideas as to how or why this is or how to solve the problem? I've re-installed OS X Mountain Lion a couple of times on this machine before but I have always noticed the same delay. Could this possible be something to do with Time Machine perchance?
Thanks!
EDIT: I've just re-installed OS X 10.8.4, the first time I've clean installed it. Original problem is solved!
