Slow moving "back" arrow

Any one else experiencing an extremely slow moving cursor with the back arrow? My Mac Pro system on DP4 is fine, my current gen 27" i5 iMac is experiencing this lag (both w/ Bluetooth keyboards; paired/unpaired them, still happens with iMac).

Gonna file bug with engineers, but before I did wanted to get some input that may help if others are experiencing it. Thanks!

Yeah, sometimes my cursor lags on my Magic Trackpad, i do believe it's a bug with the OS cause it didn't happen on Lion and doesn't happen in bootcamp.
