since High Sierra file transfer form my NAS seems much slower, because some file (not all) are checked/verified by high sierra before they are opened or copied.
This happens with AFP and SMB, but with SMB it's much slower. Turning off packet signing did not help (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205926).
On Sierra this issue does not appear.
File ownership and rights are the same (on the NAS) of files which are checked and those which are not checked.
