I want to know if anybody knows if there is something I can do about this problem.
When I hit Option key to select which OS / partition to boot it takes forever to show up. It always show but it needs something like 1 minute.

Booting directly to OSX is a thing of 12-15 seconds.
The Windows 7 x64 partition boots in 30 seconds in VMWare Fusion.

Sometimes the whole thing works quite quickly and I guess it depends if one hits restart in stead of a full shutdown.
There is also the thing thing that my drives (SSD and HDD) are sometimes mounted differently. Usually the SSD is disk1 (optical bay) and sometimes it is disk0 probably also because of a restart.

Switching from Windows to OSX is really fast.
Switching from OSX to bootcamp Windows takes quite a while.

Any suggestions what I could do to change it?? i am not afraid of any hacks or terminal or anything.

PS: Before VMWare doing its thing I think it was still faster but I do need native Windows for games and VMWare for work stuff.
