"Slow rise" ringtone playing for no apparent reason

My mom's iPhone will playing the "slow rise" ringtone randomly and for no apparent reason. No other notifications accompany it.

I've been through the settings of every app. I've deleted all alarms and reminders. I'm at a loss.
