Slow saving files

Does anyone else have this problem? When saving files I sometimes have to wait for 30 secs to a minute for a file to save. I see a lot of spinning color-wheel. Running Sequoia MacOS 15 now, but it also happened with OS 14.x. MacBook Pro, 16" 2021, 2TB storage.
