Slow Scrolling in Safari 2.0

Is it just me.. or does scrolling various web pages in safari 2.0 under Tiger seem slightly slower then it did in panther?

Me, too. I went to my back-up browser, Shiira, and the problem went away.

Change the scrolling rate in System Preferences.

Where is that, man? Can't seem to find it. I've already changed the pref on my Powermate, if that's what you meant.
