New 13" MBP, and the time to sleep is about 15-30 seconds. My 12" powerbook would do it in a third of the time. Any thoughts? How long does it take others?

Thanks

Never timed mine but it takes a little bit because it is writing the content on the RAM to the HD.

If you really want, there is a command to make it so it doesn't do that take you can use in the terminal. But if you run out of battery you will lose everything you were working on unless its saved.
