hi there, i wonder if anyone has had this problem:
when i download movies on Big Sur on my 2016 MacBook Pro, i find that the downloads will oscillate between downloading as they should, stalling, and then resuming, and repeating this cycle until the download is done. stalls can last 10-15 seconds and it will download uninterrupted for periods ranging from 20-60 seconds. i originally thought it was my new ISP having problems, but when i hooked up my 2013 MacBook Air running Mojave, and did the same downloads (on iTunes), the problem is not there.
in the end, i'm getting about half of the net speed on the MacBook Pro running Big Sur.
anyone else? any solutions/suggestions?
