Slow start-up time on MB 5,1

Hi,

I swapped the HDD on my wife's MB Unibody, specs are 2GHz/2GB/500GB. It now seems to be starting slower than it used to.

With it connected to AC, from pressing the power button, I get:

0:44 to the spinning thing on the grey screen
1:14 to the desktop

Is this the normal time or is it slower than it should be?
