slow sync speeds?

I've been switching out the albums on my iphone the last few days, and it seems that it always takes WAY too long to import anything. usb1.1 speeds almost. does anyone else have really slow speeds when syncing the iphone?

my 30gig ipod video syncs way faster.

I dont experience slow sync speeds so maybe a restore may solve the problem for you.

i've restored it already, it's just really slow at syncing.

i thought that with flash memory syncing would be relatively fast. but i seem to remember faster sync speeds over firewire with my 3g ipod.
