Slow Timecapsule

Hello,

i got a timecapsule with a 1TO hdd (the old model with firmware 7.6.4)

I have issue with file transfer as i am using it over wifi for file transfer and some backup when needed (i dont use the timecapsule function).

Please find screenshot below of my settings.

Can you pls let me know if there is way to speed it up as the file transfer is extremely slow.

Is the data transferred wirelessly? If so 20-30 MBps is the norm to any home network share device. What are your benchmarks (like BlackMagic results). Using wired ethernet instead of wireless would speed things up.

Any shared storage will be slow compared to a directly attached drive.
