Okay so I installed Windows Vista Business with Boot Camp 1.2 (that was my first mistake) and after I tested it out I ran Boot Camp Assistant again and removed Windows. I have noticed (not only on my Mac Pro, but also on my MacBook Pro and my MacBook) that once you do that, it takes FOREVER to start booting.

I press the power button and I get the gray screen for at least 50 seconds before the dark gray :apple: shows up. Once that happens it's business as usual.

Before I put Vista on here, it would pretty much show up instantly.

I have already used Disk Utility to repair the disk, repair permissions. I've used DiskWarrior on it. Nothing seems to work.

 Does anyone know what to do? It's really annoying having to wait 50 seconds before my computer even boots.

I do not have any external harddrives attached or CDs in the drives.

Sorry. I figured it out 5 minutes after I posted.

I just opened System Preferences -> Startup Disk and selected Macintosh HD again.
