Slow transfer on hd content?

Hey Guys,


So i converted a couple of mkvs to m4v works good! but for some reason Mad Men takes forever to be read by my apple tv but other hd shows dont mad men is 720p so are the other shows the other shows are you click and bam they work but mad men for some reason takes like 5 min to load all on same computer and same internet connection

is something wrong with the file?
