Slow transfer rate with Airport Express

I started noticing that my aTV syncs were taking eons to complete -- just looked at my activity monitor during a file transfer and I'm getting a send rate of about 300kb/s (this is on an "n" network).

That means a 350mb file is taking about 45 minutes...

I've rebooted the router and both machines on the network, but no love. Anyone have any ideas?
