hello all. i have a digital audio mac that originally had a 466mhz and i up graded to a 733 but when i use my music recording software's built in processor guage it says that it's taking up a little over half of the cpu power. it does this with the 466mhz and the 733mhz processor. sholudn't the 733 be a little bit faster?

Yes the performance should be uite a bit better with a 733mhz over your old CPU, maybe try to do some more processor intensive work to see if you see a difference,
