I've got two iPad 2s (iOS7.0.4 and iOS6.1.3) and an iPhone 4 (iOS7.0.4). I've recently done a clean install of the newest iTunes on my Lenovo z580 with Win8.1 64bit. This caused USB File Sharing in iTunes under iPad/iPhone>Programs>File Sharing to slow down to a crawl. Before it worked perfectly.

I've tried other USB ports: 2.0, 3.0, USB hub, the iPhone and both iPads with iOS 7 and 6, different cables, older iTunes versions (only ver 11.1 and above are permited with iOS7.0.4). And every trick I could find on the web after a thorough search. No luck. It works fine on another laptop running Windows Vista 32bit.

I suspect it has something to do with Windows USB drivers for iPhone/iPad and Apple Mobile Device Support, but I can't be sure. Am I missing something?

PS. I couldn't find a Windows iTunes section. If I placed the question in the wrong category, please correct my mistake.
