Hi guys,

I've got a very annoying issue with the download speed (wifi) on my mid 2012 retina macbook pro 15. The maximum download speed within Yosemite is just about 30 Mb/s while my broadband connection can reach up to 150 Mb/s. When I bootcamp into Windows 8.1 I am able to reach 145 Mb/s. Obviously both tested on the same 5GHz access point (Linksys E3000).

It feels like Yosemite is limitting the wifi speed for some reason. Network utility tells me that the link speed is 11 Mb/s. Which is odd since I'm able to reach 30 Mb/s when testing.

I'm the only one with a 5GHz AP in range so that shouldn't be the issue. I tried different browsers as well, without positive results.

Anyone having the same issues or knows how to solve it?

Thanks
