Slow wifi on 5S

Both my iphone 5s and ipad mini 2 are on 8.4.1 but they have different wifi download speeds on the same 5.0 ghz band. I do tests separately and the the 5s gets 50 mbps download and the mini 2 gets 130 mbps, I use speedtest app and they are both on the same server, both devices were restored at about the same time, I do nothing special with the 5s. Anyone else experiencing this?

Different wifi chips and capabilities.
Not like you will notice any difference on regular use between 50 and 120mbps.

They both have 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band wifi.

Not the same chip though. Different hardware.
