Hello,

Just recently I noticed I have really slow Wifi on my MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2012. Half of what my iPad and iPhone 5. I looked at my data rates under the Airport Utility and my MacBook showed a data rate of 14Mbps while the iPhone and iPad showed 65mbps and 150mbps. I am using an Airport Express updated to latest firmware and am sitting right next to the router.

OPTION/Alt click on the WiFi/AirPort icon in the Menu Bar and tell us what it says after

Ok, it says:

PHY Mode: 802.11n
Channel 11
WPA 2 Personal
RSSI: -30
Transmit Rate: 117

My transmit rate went up but speeds are still slower than iPhone5 and iPad, by a lot.
