Slow Wireless on Mac OS X (10.8), but Windows is fine?

Hello everyone. I have recently been having issues with any wireless network. My data speeds are excruciatingly slow when I'm using Mac OS! Under Windows 8 via Bootcamp, I have no issues. Can anyone help me out? I used the below guide to try to fix the issue, but I have had no luck.
