"Slowdown" in iMovie HD Video

Hi everyone,

For some reason, when I export HD movies in iMovie '11, I occasionally get this "slowdown" in the image which can be seen at 1:28 on http://youtu.be/GsX8a7-5o6A

It is subtle but noticeable. Any ideas?
