I just upgraded to iTunes 10 so that I could update and re-jailbreak (seems iTunes 10 is a pre-requisite).
I wanted to do a clean backup prior to the update so I copied the existing backup to a different location and made sure there were only a few (three to be exact) photos on my camera roll. iTunes 10 recognized everything fine, prompted me for the new firmware (v4.1.0) which I canceled for now. I right clicked on my iPhone and verified there was no "Restore from Backup" option only "Backup" (meaning, clean Backup, no "Incremental Backup"). So, I started my "Backup" and it has been over an hour now and I'm only about half way!
Prior to the iTunes 10 update (yesterday) my backups only took maybe 5 -7 minutes and they weren't incrementals, they were complete clean backups!
Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks...
