Slower (Cheaper) 1333mhz RAM or Faster 1600mhz Ram?

I bought an 8GB Corsair Mac Memory Kit off of Ebay for $20 to install into my girlfriends 13inch Mid 2010 MBP. Only to find out, that particular Macbook is incompatible with 1333mhz memory, Period. So now, I have this memory just sitting here. I have a 2012 15inch that I planned on upgrading to 8GB of ram. Will I be taking any sort of loss by just putting the RAM into my Macbook? Or should I sell, and get the 1600mhz? Is it that much of a difference?

The 2010 can only handle 1066 so it doesnt matter either way. Get the less expensive.
