Slowing Booting

Hi, Running Maverics and in the last couple of days my Mac is taking ages to boot up, my script seems to have changed and now looks like this? - Any ideas why?

Do you have a HDD or an SSD?

Reset the smc firmware.

you have to reset the SMC firmware using command + option + p + r hold the keys at the time of booting
