Slowing the trackpad scroll speed in Lion?

Is there a way to adjust or slow down the scroll speed of a Magic Trackpad in Lion? I don't mind the new direction we're scrolling, but the screen moves faster than I want it to. At first, I just switched back to the old way of scrolling, but the old way makes no sense in some apps - especially Launchpad.
