SLS setup but with no Internet

no cars, only boats
I am trying to setup SLS on a network without Internet connection.

I facing connection to any service is catastrophically long (>20mins)

any ideas for someone that purchased the mini serveur on the basis it was "easy" ?

I really don't know what info us useful to indicate, so please bare with me and ask. Thanks
