SLUGGISH Leapord

Hi there

I've noticed that of late, my MBP is super sluggish. This all happened after I installed Firefox 3. even now as I type this forum note, there is a time delay between my keystrokes and the letters showing up on the screen.

All I have running is Mail and Firefox

Anyone else have these issues?
I feel like I'm walking in molasses!!

What kinda machine? How much RAM? When did you install Leopard?
