I noticed that when app updates are available/downloading from the App Store app, unlike all prior versions of iOS there is no badge showing the number of apps - and being updated to 'count down' that all the apps have been updated. I checked and the Notification badge setting is still on for the App Store. Has this been fixed in the 13.1 beta I wonder, or is something else going on? (Picture shows the badge that no longer appears under iOS 13)
