I just noticed that when you are about to select a video on your ipt that you can tap on the video name and slide your figer left or right (not slowly) and it will give you the option to delete the video right there.
I know its nothing huge but might be worthy to note.

If you tap your finger below the song title bar when the Touch is vertical and in music mode, you can bring up a seek bar.
