Small chirp when effects are displayed

I remember hearing this in my earphones with my G3 iMac.

I think maybe it's interference in the speakers from the CPU? I don't know. But it's normal.

I think every computer does it. Or at least most of them.... maybe? lol

Isn't that just when the effects are loading? The sound I get is just a very short version of the sound I get when opening an application. Unless I'm getting the wrong idea here.
