Small Cracks/Chips and Lettering coming off Siri Remote?

anyone else experiencing this? I've (obviously) had it for less than 24 hours and for the life of me can't figure out how this could have happened. The remote hasn't left the couch. Just noticed it this morning. No drops.

Also seeing the "Menu" on the button coming off already??

For the record, I actually like the new ATV. Not unhappy with the upgrade at all.

I may see if the store will swap out just the remote. If not, I suppose I'll return the whole thing and repurchase. I don't care about the aesthetics as much as I'm concerned about it breaking in the future. $79 is pricey for a replacement
