Hi guys,

My girlfriend threw something across the room which ended up hitting my iPad screen. I've got a screen protector on it, but there seems to be a little dent in the screen now.

There's no actual crack and no bleeding of the screen.

Does anyone know a cheap or easy way to get this fixed without it costing a small fortune?

Thanks in advance :)

I didn't even know it was possible to even dent the screen glass?

But yeah, if its only a small dent have you had a look to see if its actually the screen protector thats showing a dent, or is it definitely the glass itself?
If it is the glass, I might be wrong, but I can't imagine it getting fixed without you having to replace the front glass.

Sorry mate, didn't explain it very well.

It's kind of like a chip out of the screen.

So you would advise to take the screen protector off and check from there?

yeah, pics are needed really. And does it effect the touch capabilities of that specific section of the screen?

I would take the screen protector off and see what it looks like. I actually had a small scratch on mine (I know, not a dent :) and put Ghost Armor on top of it and I cannot even see the scratch now. So maybe you just need a new one?

My wife dropped her iphone on the floor face down and it looked as if it had loads of chips all over the screen but when we took the screen protector off the screen was perfect.

Hopefully it will be the same for you.

Last I faced same problem. At that time cousin suggested me to contact with Apple store. I'm fully satisfied with its services. I just paid $89 to Apple store for this service.
