Small full screen videos on Chrome Canary (RMBP)

I have been using Google Chrome Canary on my Retina Macbook Pro (as it supports Retina Graphics), however, when I watch a Flash video in full screen it only appears in the top left corner of the screen.

However, I have determined that when I am using the HD4000 graphics it displays full screen, but when using the Nvidia GeForce chip, it appears in the top left corner?

I am guessing this is just a "driver" issue and will be fixed in time, but I just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?
