Resolved Small Icons in Open File Window

Whenever I click the open file window, this is what i see

as you notice, the icons are pretty small, is there anyway to enlarge them to something like this?

right click the folder and select show view options..

Edit: never mind, I am not sure if that will work in the open window dialog. In windows right now, so can't check.

There are no view options for Open dialog windows.

JFY, I changed the icon size in the desktop folder and your good to go.

Interesting. I tried that but changes to the Desktop folder weren't reflected in any Open dialog windows. Are you on Lion?

what did you try? did you try changing the settings in the view options? well if that doesn't work, try the scroll bar on the right bottom.

Changing the view options on the Desktop did affect the icon size on the Desktop, but did not affect the icon view in the Open dialog window, which doesn't have the resize slider in the lower right.
