So hey, uh, dunno if anyone else has had this issue at all, especially because it's really weird, but at some point in DP2 the little file icons in window title bars all disappeared (though they're still usable, just invisible), as did the small icons in Finder windows in small-icon view (command-2) for nearly anything that isn't an actual preview thumbnail (i.e. generic filetype icons).
Anyone else ever deal with this too, or have any ideas? It's really just an inconvenience, but it's pretty strange to say the least.
