Every time I log in my MacBook Air there is this small popup with accept and deny options. It just flashes on the screen for a second. It's too fast to read or get a screen shot.
I think it's due to Skype, which opens at login
It's really not a big deal at all, and is just a small annoyance (first world problems), but I'd like to fix it if I can
Thanks!

Accept/deny could possibly be your Mac OS firewall asking if you want Skype to accept incoming connections. Check how restrictive the firewall is in your Security preference->Firewall->Advanced and either add Skype to the list or just checkmark the "Automatically allow signed software to receive incoming connections" option.

Both things are/were already done.
