Today I noticed at the top middle of my screen where it is gray when you are using a browser 6 faint dots that are a different shade of gray. These dots remain in the the same place. The 6 dots are within a one inch area. These dots are distinct and normal gray appears around them. Therefore, I do not think this is dirt under the screen. I have cleaned the screen on top.

My imac is 2 years old with Applecare. Is this covered?

I have tried the pixel tests and the 6 dots usually have the same color as the pixel size but at a slightly different shade. You can notice the color difference but the six spots are not black on any of the different pixel color tests.

Any suggestions??????

Thanks
