I just discovered two small nicks on my macbook unibody glass screen. One in the top left corner which is unnoticeable, and one is towards the center. The display isn't broken or anything, but there are just a couple of scratches. I know this has been asked many times, but will this void my applecare until 2012? I personally think that this is minor, but Apple may "think differently" ;) Thank you for taking your time to read this post

Believe it or not, toothpaste. Rub toothpaste in swirling motion over scratches.

I'd imagine a HDD or USB port failure to absolutely be covered despite these minor items (unrelated). Post pics when you can...

Thanks. Toothpaste didn't really work, but at least my computer smells minty. I'll post pics as soon as i find my camera.
